Not sure how many of you have done this, but if you've got a few minutes, use the search box on YouTube.com and plug in any topic you're interested in. Just on the topic of aging, I found everything from short videos like the one below to one hour TED talks.
The video below is from NIL andthey have 25 different videos on their YouTube channel. I enjoyed this one, simply because it seemed to be a different facet of what the Friendship Centers do so well.
The Friendship Centers are dedicated to helping people age with dignity and deal with the challenges of aging, while this video talks about the future and the possibility of slowing down the aging process. It's two sides of the same coin and until the concepts in the video become a reality, the Friendship Centers will continue to be focused on "People Helping People".
