It's another trip through the artistic world of the Friendship Centers. This might well be one of my personal favorites so far, because the art is simply so much fun. You can actually feel the creative passion of the artists and combining the art work with a few pieces of the real environment can't help but make you smile!

Joyce and I had been focused on the outdoors these past few weeks—roots and growing plants and then twisting, tangling vines. But, this morning... Butterflies, birds, dragonflies, insects of all kinds, but, especially butterflies filled the air.
Focusing our thoughts on a lush, green meadow and indigo blue sky above. Hearing the song birds above us. Feeling the warm golden sun on our faces. Smelling the fresh scent of green grass in the air. Seeing the butterflies flitting; seeing the butterflies weaving; seeing the butterflies moving up and down from pink, orange, red flower to flower.
Following these fluttering butterflies and taking a deep breath in of the fresh, clean air we gently opened our eyes… and this is what these butterflies looked like that were soaring and dancing through summer’s sunshine—if only in our imaginations.
Enjoy the rest of your week and remember to follow dancing butterflies wherever they may take you.
