In my quest for something different to share this morning, I ran across a video called "Anti-Aging Foods". While I'm not crazy about the voice of the robot they used to narrate, I love the content.
Making the cut for the top ten were blueberries, wild salmon, pistachios, whey protein, Greek yogurt, coffee, barramundi, oats, red wine and spinach. Also in top twenty, there's good news...dark chocolate made it!
We've had a lot of guest posts about the challenges of aging. Just for a change, it seems like a great way to start the week and talk about foods we can eat to slow down the aging process.
